Disaster Housing
InTown Suites is ready to help when you need a place to stay
on short notice. Reservations are never required. When storms,
floods, or other natural disasters threaten your home, InTown
Suites likely has room for you. We have more than 16,000 rooms
across the United States, and many are approved for
FEMA Transitional Housing Assistance. In many cases, we
can even accept payment directly from your insurance company.
We will work with you based on your individual needs in obtaining
assistance from FEMA, the American
Red Cross, or other assistance organizations.

Hours of Operation
Generally, our offices are open Mon.-Sat. 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Hours
may vary by location.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in begins at 3 p.m.; checkout is at 11 a.m. Guests must
check in during office hours.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or change a reservation, please call the location
directly, call the reservation department at 800-553-9338 or
email us.
You must provide 24-hour notice to cancel or change a reservation.
Failure to do so may result in a charge to you for the first
night of the stay.
