Updated Housekeeping Services

Hello valued guest!

Due to the uncertainty we all face in our daily lives with the outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are writing to keep you informed on changes to our housekeeping services. Effective immediately weekly housekeeping services will be restricted to in-room trash removal and linen exchange. Please fold your soiled linens (sheets and pillowcases only) and place them at the foot of the mattress. Our staff will then leave folded replacement linens for you to use. Linens must be placed in this manner for service so staff knows they are to be collected. Fresh folded linen will be left on the bed (staff will not be making the bed.

This measure serves two purposes:

1. Keeping safe distance between staff and guest for protection of everyone
2. Freeing up the staff’s time to frequently sanitize common areas like the Laundry room and
Front Desk/Office.

As a result of this change in services, it is our request that you continue to keep your room and
surroundings clean. As you are aware, hotels across the country have started to shut down; we are not doing that. Instead, we are taking extra precaution for our staff and guests. With that in mind, should we see our rooms being damaged or not being kept clean; in the interest of other staff and guest’s safety, we will request you to vacate the room.

We will resume normal housekeeping services once government recommendations are lifted. Thank you for understanding. We appreciate your continued patronage.

We kindly asks all guests to take advantage of renewing your stay online if possible in an effort to
limit the number of guests in the office at any given time.
