Updated Housekeeping Services

Due to the uncertainty we all face in our daily lives with the outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are writing to keep you informed on changes to our housekeeping services. Effectively immediately, all guests staying longer than 7 nights will receive bi-weekly housekeeping services. For guests staying 3-6 nights, housekeeping will be provided once. Finally, for guests staying from 1-3 nights, trash will be removed at least once. We ask that you please exit the room during the cleaning procedure.  Our staff will be wearing facemasks and gloves when entering the room. Guestroom doors will also be left open when cleaning the room for better air circulation.

We also kindly ask that you keep a 6ft distance with our staff and other guests when entering public areas such as the front office and laundry room. Please do not use elevators with another guest or property staff, this will allow for social distancing in small spaces.

This measure serves two purposes:

1. Keeping safe distance between staff and guest for protection of everyone
2. Freeing up the staff’s time to frequently sanitize common areas like the Laundry room and Front Desk/Office.

As a result of this change in services, it is our request that you continue to keep your room and surroundings clean.

As you are aware, hotels across the country have shut down, while we have taken extraordinary steps to remain open. With that in mind, should we see our rooms being damaged or not being kept clean; in the interest of other staff and guest’s safety, we will request you to vacate the room.

We will resume normal housekeeping services once government recommendations are lifted. Thank you for understanding. We appreciate your continued patronage.
