1| Completed Renovations
In 2021, InTown Suites completed another phase of renovations. Each of our 188 properties now offers at least 10 Premium suites for guests to enjoy. These suites are fully renovated from floor to ceiling with all new flooring and furniture, completely decked-out kitchens and loads of added storage. Here are a few of the upgrades and improvements you can expect in a Premium suite:
- New kitchens with new appliances (full-size fridge, two-burner stovetop and microwave), new countertops, new backsplash and new cabinetry
- New versatile drop-leaf kitchen tables with upholstered chairs
- Bathrooms feature new vanities, new shelving, new wall hooks and new double-mirror medicine cabinets
- Added storage includes new built-in closets with organizers and new lift-top coffee tables
- New custom mattresses draped in new cozy bedding lying atop new built-in storage bed frames
- New added comforts like recliners and sleeper sofas for more seating and more comforts*
- New bedroom lighting with USB charging ports

2| Housed Nearly 200,000 Guests
As one of the top extended stay providers in the country, InTown Suites is a home-away-from-home for our guests.
