Expedition Peru: Trek of the Andean Bear is the newest exhibit at Nashville Zoo. Here you can learn all about the Andean Bear like: what they eat, how they help their ecosystem, and how the Andean Bear could end up on the endangered species list.
Of course there are many other exhibits throughout the zoo like Flamingo Lagoon, Alligator Cove, Gibbon Islands –but did you know there’s also hands-on exhibits too!
Critter Encounters is a fun little space where you admire and pet personable animals. They have goats, turtles, alpacas and more! Then soar over to Lorikeet Landing, a second aviary at this zoo, where you can get up close and personal and feed the sweet little lorikeets.
Nashville Zoo also features attractions like their Jungle Gym, where kids can leap like a frog or monkey around on this 66,000 square foot playground! And for the daring at heart, make your way and ride the Soaring Eagle Zip Line.
