3| Our Suites Are Spotless, Safe & Secure!
Yet another reason InTown Suites is the best option for your upcoming vacation accommodations is our commitment to safety and cleanliness. Every InTown Suites location has a caring and friendly staff that has your safety and well-being as a top priority. Cleanliness has always been important to InTown Suites, but we have taken it to the next level expanding our Triple Check Clean process with additional guidelines and procedures.
InTown Suites has partnered with Procter & Gamble Professional to implement the use of professional cleaning and disinfecting products from brands you trust like Mr. Clean, Comet and Febreze. Once our rooms have been cleaned & disinfected, the team performs additional sanitation of commonly used surfaces, like light switches and door handles. Lastly, the room is checked by three different team members who inspect the room individually to ensure the highest cleaning standards are upheld.
We have also increased the sanitizing schedule in common areas such as elevators, guest laundry facilities and other frequently touched surfaces in the lobby (door handles, elevator & vending machine buttons, EMV pads, etc.). To further support social distancing on-premise, we have upgraded our online payment portal to allow a guest to communicate directly with hotel managers via text message. We also have staff on-site 24/7 to assist and resolve any needs or issues that may arise.
