Transportation.
Colorado Springs is a Home Rule Municipality that is the county seat as well as the most populous municipality of El Paso County. The area is serviced by public transportation – the Mountain Metro. The I-25 runs north and south through Colorado, crossing the city for about 18 miles. Our property is also conveniently located near the New Santa Fe Regional Trail and the Ronald Reagan Highway.
Shopping.
Looking to pick up a few groceries during your stay? We’re only a 15 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) away from the nearest Trader Joe’s – perfect for picking up some of your fridge fresh grab-n-go foods like fruit, vegetables, milk, yogurt, eggs, and more. For pharmacy and other grocery needs, take a 4 minute drive down the road to the nearest Costco.
Looking for more retail therapy? Check out the nearby Tiffany Square Mall or the University Village of Colorado.

For the evenings when you just don’t feel like cooking, and want to go out to eat instead, you’ll find plenty of dining options nearby!
